About Me

Yiti (Yitong Wu) is a Chinese composer and singer-songwriter,

known for her delicate, atmospheric storytelling through music.

Her style draws from indie pop, art pop, neo-folk, and anime soundtracks.

Born in Tokyo and raised in Vancouver and Beijing, Yiti’s passion for music was evident from a young age. She began studying classical piano at age three and started writing her own songs by ten.

Although she majored in medicine during her undergraduate studies, her dedication to music never wavered, leading her to compose for short films and musicals. In 2019, she won the Peking University Singers Competition with her original songs—a pivotal moment that solidified her commitment to pursuing music as a career.

Currently, Yiti is studying Composition for Screen at the Royal College of Music in London. She has collaborated with film students from institutions such as the London Film School, London Southbank University, Central Saint Martins of UAL, and the Royal College of Art.

Her work has been showcased at prominent film festivals, including the 18th FIRST International Film Festival, the 46th Pia Film Festival, and the 20th Seoul Indie-AniFest.
